Melissa will visit the Hawkeye State February 14 as she performs “So In Love: A Valentine of Song & Stories” at Memorial Auditorium in Burlington, Iowa.
Mixing the music of Broadway, the movies and the pop song, she’ll inhabit love in all its many aspects, from Joni Mitchell’s sadness to Eliza Doolittle’s sauce-with time between for some of the witty commentary that has made her a regular columnist in The New York Times. It is an evening of love songs and theater lore, not to be missed.
